Fast and Loose

One evening, each of eight writers pens a short play. Each writer uses as a starting point a few words literally pulled out of a hat and a selection of a few evocative props. The script is completed overnight and given to a director whose casting from the pool of twenty actors is also determined by choices pulled from a hat. Each director rehearses with his or her actors that day and the final product is presented at 8 p.m. that evening. The entire process has taken 24 hours from conception to performance. This is the twenty-sixth edition of all-new entertainment from Fast And Loose and its seventh annual New Year’s Eve presentation.
