About This Show

Carlos Lacámara’s Exiles is the story of Rolando, a successful Miami businessman, who after 20 years in exile, leapt at the chance to sail his boat with the Freedom Flotilla to Cuba to rescue the beloved mother he’d left behind. In a nasty turn of events, he is forced to take a hardened criminal and a mental patient freshly released by Castro. Blown off course by a storm on the way back to Miami, Rolando finds himself struggling to find his way home, maintain command of his ship and contain his rage at his brother-in-law
