About This Show

Bet your bottom dollar that the sun will come out when Annie returns to Segerstrom Hall as part of the show’s 30th Anniversary Celebration tour. The timeless tale of the eternally optimistic Little Orphan Annie is a delightful theatrical experience for the entire family. This all-new production features a brand-new song, “Why Should I Change a Thing?,” by composers Martin Charnin and Charles Strouse, along with the show’s perennial crowd-pleasers, “It’s a Hard-Knock Life,” “You’re Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile,” and “Tomorrow.” Lyricist Charnin, who brought the original production to Broadway in 1977, returns to the helm of this anniversary production.
