A Separate Peace

The piece explores the extremely close bond shared by two schoolmates, Gene and Phineas. These young roommates share every triumph and tragedy in their seemingly exclusive world admist the backdrop of The Great War. Their lives are unavoidably and inexplicably meshed together by their own Great War which is based on their love and hate for each other. On the heels of their traumatic summer session, they ultimately reach their own separate peace.
