My Yolanda Love

My Yolanda Love explores passion in women, from an affair with a college professor to the dangerous desire of those women who like to drive too fast. As everything spins out of control in a pink motel room off of Route 66, reformed pageant queen Mits attempts to win back the love of her poetry professor, Yolanda, while her near-and-dear friends from Texas attempt to stop her. A comic piece that involves a few cowgirls and an unfortunate pink dress. Written by 2005 Massachusetts Cultural Council Artist Recipient Jess Martin.
