Sight and Sound Magazine recently rated Man with a Movie Camera “the best documentary film of all time.” This new digital restoration presents this groundbreaking film in print that is so clear, detailed, and downright gorgeous that it’s like seeing the film for the first time. The restoration is new, but the score is Alloy’s beloved 1995 score, derived from the directors notes to his composer for the premiere of the film in 1929.
