A Christmas Carol

Perseverance Theatre’s A Christmas Carol is a lively stage adaptation of Charles Dickens’ classic novella. It brings music and magic to the story of Ebenezer Scrooge’s transformation upon receiving visits from the ghosts of Christmas past, present, and future. This production, directed by Tom Robenolt (Not Medea), features live music, singing, and dancing. At the same time, the script, written by Arlitia Jones and Michael Evan Haney, adheres tightly to Dickens’ story and language. At the heart of this adaptation, as in the original, are themes of kindness and change.
