Full Casting Set for Mia McCullough's Since Africa

Mia McCullough's Since Africa, a new drama about a Lost Boy of Sudan, will be given its New York premiere on February 20 by the Red Fern Theatre Company at Theater at the New 14th Street Y, with an opening planned for February 23. Directed by Nancy Robillard, the production comes to New York after stagings at San Diego's Old Globe Theatre, Philadelphia's InterAct, and Chicago Dramatists.

Elton Beckett, Kristin D. Carpenter, Matthew Murumba, Jenny Vallencourt, and Jennifer Dorr White star in the drama, which follows a young man trying to make a new life in Chicago after being displaced from his native Sudan during the Sudanese Civil War.

The production features lighting design by Sam Gordon, costume design by Sarah J. Holden, scenic design by Robert Monaco, and properties design by Deb Gaouette.
