About This Show

National Actors Theatre presents Aeschylus’ The Persians, in a new version by Ellen McLaughlin. Rather than a triumphalist play written from the Athenian victors perspective, this masterpiece provides a moral lesson on the subject of tyranny, designed to touch the heart and conscience of every oppressor no matter what their nationality, cause or conviction. Ethan McSweeny directs this production, which stars Len Cariou.

There is an added performance on Sunday, 6/15 @6:30PM, and no performance on Thursday, 6/12 @8PM.
