Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella will be eligible in the Best Revival of a Musical category, though the new book, written by multiple-Tony Award nominee Douglas Carter Beane (The Little Dog Laughed), will be considered in the category of Best Book of a Musical. Production stars Laura Osnes and Santino Fontana will be eligible as Leading Actress and Actor.

In the case of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, the eligibility is consistent with the opening night credits. Above-the-title stars Scarlett Johansson (Maggie), Benjamin Walker (Brick), and Ciaran Hinds (Big Daddy) will be considered in the Leading Actress/Actor categories, while the below-the-title Debra Monk (Big Mama) will be considered in the Featured Actress category.

A fourth and final meeting will take place in the near future to determine the eligibility of the remaining productions in the 2012-2013 Broadway season.
