Signature Theatre's production of Annie Baker’s Pulitzer Prize-winning play The Flick has been extended through April 24. Directed by Joe Calarco, the work runs at the ARK Theatre March 1-April 24. It was originally scheduled to close on April 17.

The production features Evan Casey as Sam, Laura C. Harris as Rose, Thaddeus McCants as Avery, and William Vaughan as Skylar/Dreaming Man. The creative team includes James Kronzer (scenic design), Frank Labovitz (costume design), Andrew Cissna (lighting design), and Eric Shimelonis (sound design).

Set in a run-down Massachusetts movie theater, The Flick follows the heartbreaks, loneliness, and battles of three underpaid employees as they sweep up popcorn, mop the floors, play "Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon," and tend to one of the last 35-millimeter film projectors in the state.
