Saint Joan Charges Back to Broadway With Condola Rashad and More

Daniel Sullivan's production also features Walter Bobbie and Adam Chanler-Berat, among others.

With Manhattan Theatre Club's upcoming Broadway revival of Saint Joan prepping for its April 25 opening at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre, the cast recently met the press to discuss their new take on George Bernard Shaw's classic work. Directed by Tony winner Daniel Sullivan, the production stars three-time Tony nominee Condola Rashad in the title role, which Rashad describes as "a person who didn't need any permission from a man or any institution to have a connection to herself and her source and her purpose."
