The cast of the Manhattan Theatre Club production pays tribute to a great American playwright.

Manhattan Theatre Club is preparing to make history as it rehearses the Broadway mounting of August Wilson's Jitney. Beginning performances December 28 at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre, Jitney is the last installment of the late author's 10-play Pittsburgh Cycle to play Broadway. And as the Manhattan Theatre Club ensemble agrees — it's about time.
