Marissa Chibas will bring her autobiographical solo piece Daughter of a Cuban Revolutionary, November 14-15, to the William & Joan Lehman Theater at Miami Dade College’s North Campus.

Chibas’ story centers on three important figures in her life: her father, Raul Chibas, who co-wrote the manifesto for the Cuban revolution with Fidel Castro; Eddy Chibas, who was the frontrunner for the Cuban presidency before committing suicide during a live radio broadcast; and her mother, Dala Chibas, who was the Miss Cuba runner-up in 1959.
