Anything That Moves

Nightwood Theatre at the Canadian Stage Company Theatre is proud to present Ann-Marie MacDonald and Allen Cole’s Anything That Moves. A romantic musical comedy of manners for the Age of Irony: Joel, flower shop owner and loser in the game of love, falls in love at first sight with Jinny, a hard-bitten bio-chemist who has sworn off straight men, married or otherwise. As in all great romatic comedies, best friends and loved ones do their damnedest to improve the situation and inadvertently make everything worse. And as in all great romantic comedies, everyone falls in love. This production is presented as part of the du Maurier World Stage Festival.
