Wendy Whelan Dance Project

New York City Ballet star Wendy Whelan, whom The New York Times has called “America’s greatest contemporary ballerina,” has been captivating NYCB audiences with her elegant yet thrilling movement for 25 years. In Restless Creature, she joins forces with four of today’s top male choreographers in a vibrant suite of duets, created by and danced with: Kyle Abraham, the Artistic Director of Abraham.In.Motion; Joshua Beamish, the Artistic Director of MOVE; Brian Brooks, the Artistic Director of Brian Books Moving Company; and Alejandro Cerrudo, the Resident Choreographer of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago.
