Adapted from the writings of Mark Twain, this play with music of the period made its world debut last year. Included are well-known works like Tom Sawyer and The Diaries of Adam and Eve and lesser-known stories like The Loves of Alonzo Fitz Clarence Rosannah Ethelton and Is He Living or is He Dead? Songs include “Sweet Betsy from Pike” and “Wayfaring Stranger.”
