About This Show

We are proud to end our sixth Mainstage Season with one of the most classic musical comedies ever created! Set in Damon Runyon’s New York City, this oddball romantic comedy soars with the true spirit of Broadway. We’re introduced to Nathan Detroit, who is running his famous crap game in the streets of New York; his fiance, Miss Adelaide, the perpetually ill nightclub performer who just wants to get married; Sarah Brown, the sweet missionary out to reform the “evil doers” of Times Square and gets tangled up with everyone; and Sky Masterson, the suave high roller who falls hard for Sarah. Featuring classic songs such as Sit Down You’re Rocking The Boat, I’ll Know, Sue Me, Guys and Dolls and, of course, Luck Be A Lady, we can think of no better way to complete our sixth Season here at the Broadway than with this spectacular show. Winner of numerous Tony, Theatre World, Drama Desk, Olivier and Helpmann Awards, this is a treat for audiences of all ages.
