Ming The Rude is a world premiere with book and lyrics by John Engerman, Rex McDowell, Phil Shallat, and Bob Wright and music by John Engerman. Something is rotten in the Kingdom of Courtesy. The beloved and endlessly polite King CharmGlo Ming has passed on, and Price Larry Ming, heir to the thrown, has grown (gasp) rude. The musical is about loyalty, betrayal, courage, and, above all, keeping things sanitary.
