A Glimmer of Hope or Skin or Light

A dance/theatre/cabaret/glam-rock musical first created by KT Niehoff in 2010 as a part of ACT’s former Central Heating Lab, Glimmer returns to the labyrinthine chambers of The Bullitt Cabaret with an entirely new cast as a part of ACT’s 50th anniversary season. Full of uncommon encounters, raucous spectacle, and virtuosic dancing, the cast entwines with the audience, delving into physical and emotional proximity with a public that is both witness to, and involved in, the event. Audience members are free to watch the show from any vantage point, moving as they wish throughout the evening as the performers cajole and flatter, nudging them further into their world.
