San Jose Repertory Theatre presents Neil Simon's The Odd Couple. This classic comedy has entertained generations of fans and has become an American cultural phenomenon. The story of the obsessively neat "Felix Ungar" and the slovenly sportswriter "Oscar Madison" - two dissimilar men who try to share an apartment - has been continuously produced on stage, television and film with a variety of actors, and actresses, in the lead roles. San Jose Rep will present the original 1965 version of the play, directed by artistic director Timothy Near. A weekday matinee will be held on Wednesday, May 28 at noon. The 3pm performance on Saturday, June 21 will be ASL interpreted for the deaf and hearing impaired.
