About This Show

Minnie Driver began her professional career as a singer and songwriter in a band signed to Island Records in the UK in the early ’90s before embarking on a career as a successful actress. Driver was nominated for an Academy Award® for her role in “Good Will Hunting” and has appeared in numerous films including “Circle of Friends,” “Grosse Point Blank,” “Sleepers,” “Take” opposite Jeremy Renner and “The Phantom of the Opera,” for which she sang an original song written by Andrew Lloyd Webber. The song, entitled “Learn to be Lonely,” was nominated for an Academy Award®. Driver was also nominated for an Emmy and Golden Globe Award for her work on the television series, “The Riches,” opposite Eddie Izzard and Driver most recently starred in NBC’s hit sitcom, “About a Boy.”
