About This Show

On his journey home, the war-hero Macbeth receives a prophecy from three witches that he will be King. But why wait for fate to come, when you can take matters into your own hands? Consumed with ambition and spurred to action by his wife, Macbeth takes what he believes to be his through murder and treachery. This hero turned villain truly is one of Shakespeare’s most fascinating anti-heroes whose tragic path leads us down a road of deceit, bloodshed, madness and revenge.
