Lianne Marie Dobbs

Lianne Marie Dobbs‘ solo show Everything Old is New Again, has had two successful runs at The Metropolitan Room in New York City as well as dates at Birdland, 54Below, Joe’s Pub and Cornelia Street Cafe.

She is now a Shout!Broadway Recording Artist with an album that was featured in the Top Ten Vocal Albums of 2014 by Rob Lester in Talkin’ Broadway and her rendition of Sleepy Time Gal has received radio play on all the major New York Area jazz radio stations.

Miss Dobbs hails from the Bay Area and is best known for her work as the headstrong titular heroine in the musical version of Jane Austen’s Emma which is reprising it’s box-office and critical success at TheatreWorks this December. After growing up working at Bay Area theaters like 42nd St Moon, ACT, Center Rep, San Jose Stage and TheatreWorks, she is proud to share her acclaimed show of sassy songs from the Golden Era with the community that first inspired her.
