Rosalia y Griselda, dos mujeres solteras, quienes viven juntas en una vieja casa lo más importante para ellas es la televisión y en especial las telenovelas. Por muchos años han sido fieles seguidoras de todas las telenovelas  protagonizadas por el caballero Mariano Rivas, el caballero por el cual ellas deliran, son fanáticas acérrimas del protagonista de sus sueños. ¿Qué tan lejos llegarán estas dos mujeres para conocer a su actor favorito? Como invitado especial en Jardín de Otoño estará el reconocido actor Francisco Gattorno. De Diana Raznovich, escritora argentina y exiliada en España desde la dictadura militar.

Todas las obras se presentarán en español con supertítulos en inglés.

Director Francis Parra is excited for Teatro ECAS to host the New England premiere of Jardín de Otoño (Autumn Garden), written by Diana Raznovich, an Argentinian writer who took up exile in Spain during the military dictatorship. Rosalía and Griselda are two unmarried women living together in an old house. TV is very important for them, especially soap operas. For years, they have been keeping up with all the TV shows starring their perfect gentleman: Mariano Rivas. They are this actor’s biggest fans, and he is the protagonist of their daydreams. How far will these two women go to get to know their favorite actor?

Jardín de Otoño will be presented in Spanish with simultaneous English supertitles.
