About this show

In 1980, Andy Warhol - he of the 15 minutes of fame and the giant soup cans - opened an exhibit of 10 silk-screen portraits of famous Jews. They were not, shall we say, well received. They were the target of scorn by many art critics and praise by the public who understood and appreciated them. Thirty-one years later, comic storyteller Josh Kornbluth takes up the issue of the once controversial exhibit and what it means -- to him personally and to a community of art lovers at large and most importantly asks judge for yourself.
