2.5 Minute Ride

The Scottsdale Center for the Arts is proud to present Lisa Kron and her autobiographical solo performance, 2.5 Minute Ride. The narrative careens between Kron’s adult journey to Auschwitz with her 74-year-old father, a Holocaust survivor, and memories of her family’s annual pilgrimage to Ohio’s Cedar Point amusement park. Kron fashions a vividly rendered portrait of family members who, in spite of everything, are willfully and absurdly bound together.
