Dreaming Under the Appalachian Moon creates a haunting, lyrical, and magical landscape of Appalachia. Ballads, songs, folk lore and stories of the Appalachian Mountains are told with stunning shadow imagery, beautiful physical theater and traditional Appalachian ballads. The piece is adapted and directed by Ruthanne Ankney for Blue Rose Moon Theater Company.
