About the Show

Ken Ludwig’s Moon Over Buffalo is the story of an acting couple, George and Charlotte, on tour in Buffalo in 1953, performing in repertory Cyrano de Bergerac (the revised one nostril version) and Private Lives. The couple’s opportunities for returning to grandeur are slipping away, until fate provides these actors one more shot at stardom, as legendary film director Frank Capra is en route to catch their matinee.

This backstage farce is filled with quick witty repartee, broad physical humor, a fast-paced plot and even elaborate chase scene to keep you laughing from curtain to curtain. Wayne Meadows directs.

Additional performance Sunday, April 3 at 2pm.
