About This Show

Robert Cuccioli directs this lyrical “memory play”- an account of the author’s early days in 1940s St. Louis, which mirrors the turmoil of William’s inner and domestic life with that of the nation as World War II envelops the globe. The Glass Menagerie’s haunting and poetic portraits of the playwright’s mother, “Amanda Wingfield,” and his sister, “Laura,” have become icons of the American stage.

Saturday and Sunday matinees at 2pm begin on June 29. There are also Sunday evening performances at 7pm on June 29, July 6 and July 13. A special weekday matinee
is offered on Wednesday, July 16 at 2:00 p.m.
