To celebrate maestro Leonard Bernstein’s 100th birthday, the New Jersey Performing Arts Center pays tribute to the musical masterpieces he created and honors the scope of his genius. Creator-director Scott Coulter and music director John Fischer, having assembled a cast of Broadway’s best, present such timeless songs as “America,” “Some Other Time,” and “Make Our Garden Grow” from the legendary musicals West Side Story, On the Town, and Candide.

Singers include Mary Testa (two-time Tony Award nominee), Natascia Diaz (two-time Helen Hayes Award winner), Lisa Howard (Drama Desk Award winner), Kelli Rabke (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat), Max Clayton (On the Town), Mike Schwitter (West Side Story at the Hollywood Bowl), the award-winning vocal group Marquee Five, and the Broadway by the Year Chorus, featuring Alex Getlin, Chelsea Lee Wheatley, and Max Weinstein.
