As You Like It

To find her banished father, runaway princess Rosalind, disguised as a young man, flees a tyrannical duke and ventures forth into the forest of Arden. Along the way, she meets the man of her dreams, only to find herself trapped in her boyish disguise! This joyous tale features a colorful cast of country dwellers and exiled nobles who rendezvous in Arden seeking love, redemption and the good life. Bring a picnic supper and a blanket , relax, and enjoy an abridged version of Shakespeare’s romantic comedy, As You Like It, performed outdoors on the lawn of the F.M. Kirby Shakespeare Theatre.
