The Trojan Women
$15.00
The Trojan War raged for ten long years. Just when the Trojans had begun celebrating their supposed victory, the Greeks launched a surprise attack, decimating Troy and leaving only a handful of women standing. Although written by the Greek playwright Euripides, the play takes the perspective of the vanquished Trojans, enacting their struggle with the loss and desolation that unite them and the distinct paths and individual histories that brought them there.
