Creative Artists Laboratory presents two Anton Chekhov one-acts to open its 2001 season.
A harried bank clerk is trying to cope with his boss, the boss’ wife, and a violent old lady while on deadline for the most occasion of his career in The Anniversary.
The Proposal shows a suitor trying to pop the question to his intended. Both are very eager to tie the knot if they could just overcome their greatest obstacles to matrimony: themselves!
