About This Show

Martínez, by Cuban exiled playwright Leopoldo M. Hernandez, is directed by Arian Blanco. Cuban protagonist (Martínez) explores the cost of his accent in this country. Through a series of almost farcical vignettes, we see him do his best to communicate with the personalities he encounters as he struggles to understand his own sense of identity as a newcomer to this country.
