About This Show

If you think Ben Affleck and Matt Damon have a good “showbiz” friendship, then you should meet Tracy Esposito and Darlene Violette. Show business can be a cut throat kind of world. This is definitely not the case with Esposito and Violette. These gals have helped one another with everything from writing, acting, directing, producing and promoting their shows. If Tracy wasn’t sitting at an all night diner after a late night comedy gig helping Darlene to develop her script and punch up her jokes, then Darlene would be pounding the NYC pavement with Tracy door to door dropping off “Chicken Parmigiana” promotional tomatoes to every casting director and agent in town. At a time when reality TV is perpetuating stabbing teammates in the back to get ahead it is refreshing to see people helping one another to obtain their goals. And nobody is getting voted off of this Island!

Italian Mamas combines their two one woman shows Chicken Parmigiana written and performed by Tracy Esposito and Fortunata written and performed by Darlene Violette.
