New York City
This revival of Tennessee Williams’ lyrical play, Small Craft Warnings is presented by the Worth Street Theater Company. The play is a slice-of-life evocation of Monk’s Place, a seedy bar on the California coast where a group of lost souls regularly gathers for companionship and refuge from their workaday lives. The play originally premiered Off Broadway in 1972, with Williams appearing in the production in an effort to boost ticket sales. The cast will feature Obie Award winner David Greenspan in the role of Quentin.
