Ashley Menard, a fearless NYC cabaret singer, improviser and actress announces the official release of her latest cabaret, Put Down the Dick & Pick Up the Mic! The scandalous collection of musical theater, pop, and original parodies. Ashley is the rare performer whose range encompasses the natural, the whacky, and all in between; with such a huge skill set, it is only fair she has been given a voice capable of commanding a room, as well as the many voices in her head. Ashley will interprete songs made famous by Idina Menzel, Eden Espinoza, Stephanie J. Block, Alanis Morissette, Carly Jibson, Julie Andrews, Tori Amos and Liza Minnelli .
