Disney’s Jungle Book Kids

The jungle is jumpin’ with jazz in this exciting Disney classic! Join Mowgli, Baloo, King Louie and the gang as they swing their way through madcap adventures and thwart the ferocious tiger, Shere Khan. Specially adapted from the beloved film, this musical includes all your favorite Disney tunes, like “The Bare Necessities,” and “I Wan’na Be Like You.” With colorful characters and that toe-tapping jungle rhythm, The Jungle Book KIDS is sure to be a crowd-pleaser for audiences of all ages.

ABOUT THE KIDS COMPANY
Kids Company is New York City’s newest youth company committed to going beyond the performance and making an impact on the growth of every child and the community through musical theatre. Our company, comprised of children and teens ages 6 through 14, works together as an ensemble to create full-scale musical productions in our Off-Broadway theater. Through Kids Company performances, families throughout the New York City area can develop and nurture a love for the arts together.

ABOUT TEEN TECH CREW
Teen Tech Crew allows teens, aged 14-18, to learn all the tools of the trade. Through a combination of classroom learning, demonstrations, field trips and hands on projects our teens build extensive knowledge of technical theater. Teens are paired with New York City theater professionals in five areas of technical theater: scenic design, lighting design and electrics, sound/audio design and engineering, costume design and construction, and production/stage management. Students will work alongside the designers and technicians to build two shows per year in our Off-Broadway theater.
