Housed in a former parachute harness factory, this 25,000 square foot
museum in Long Island City is devoted to the exhibition and study of
the contemporary art collection of philanthropist Emily Fisher Landau.
Exhibitions feature recent acquisitions and core holdings in
photography, painting, and sculpture including key works by Matthew
Barney, Jasper Johns, Barbara Kruger, Glenn Ligon, Anges Martin, Ed
Ruscha, Kiki Smith, Mark Tansey, Cy Twombly, and Andy Warhol.
