The Blues Brotherhood covers the best material from the original "Blues Brothers" as well as other classic blues, funk, and soul tunes in a style unique to the "Brotherhood". So hold on to your hats (and shades, for that matter) as the boys capture the sound, energy, and persona that propelled the original "Blues Brothers" into the phenomenon that still thrills audiences around the world. Tom "Bones" Malone is an American jazz musician specializing in trombone. He is famous for being a member of The Blues Brothers band and a member of the CBS Orchestra, the house band for the Late Show with David Letterman. He was also an original member of the Saturday Night Live band from 1975 until he became the band's musical director from 1981 to 1985. Lou "Blue Lou" Marini was one of the original members of the Saturday Night Live Band, playing on the show from 1976 to 1983. A vivid memory for many veteran SNL audiences is Lou's unforgettable saxophone solos at the open and close of each show, and of course his trademark long hair and funky mustache. In THE BLUES BROTHERS, Lou played band member and saxophone soloist 'Blue Lou.' As a member of The Blues Brothers, Alan Rubin portrayed Mr. Fabulous in the 1980 film, the 1998 sequel and was a member of the touring band.
