A Grand Single Malt Tasting for Charity

Please join The Brandy Library and The Shalimar for A Grand Single Malt Tasting for Charity, led by Martin Daraz, Brand Ambassador for Highland Park Distillery. Highland Park was voted “Distiller of the Year” during the 2007 San Francisco Spirits Competition, and was also deemed “The Best Spirit in the World” by F. Paul Pacult of Spirits Journal. Join Mr. Daraz in tasting nine premium whiskies: Highland Park 12, 15, 18, 25 and 30 yr old; The Macallan Fine Oak 15 yr old; Sherry Oak 18 yr old; Famous Grouse Malt 12 yr old; and Grouse Blend.

After this indulgent sampling of Scotch, enhance your love of single-malts by bidding on whisky prizes. The Brandy Library will be auctioning many bottles including Highland Park 25 and 30 yr old, as well as Macallan 17 and 18 yr olds.

Due to the exclusive nature of this event, attendance is strictly limited to 40 people.

All proceeds to benefit The Shalimar, a multi-award winning New York-based theater company. This summer, The Shalimar will bring their innovative new play La Femme est Morte to The Edinburgh Fringe Festival. When they return to New York in the fall they will initiate their Free Theater program with educational outreach in all five boroughs. All proceeds from this event will directly impact these upcoming projects.
