In Walks Ed

In Walks Ed is a stylish, jive-poetry action-thriller that is part Shaft, part Kurosawa film set against a background of jazz and blues. Set in a mythical Harlem called “Chocolate City,” the play tells the story of Eddie Paladin, a smooth-talking hit man who returns home after 15 years. He’s got one million dollars in tow in hopes of making amends with the woman he left behind but never forgot. Instead, he finds himself face-to-face with his past in a showdown that literally explodes on stage.
