About This Show

In Cloning Judson, a young man’s sudden death forces his girlfriend, mother, and twin brother to redefine their lives and relationships. Will an eccentric cloning cult be the answer to their grief? Drawing on a variety of sources ranging from the recent cloning breakthrough made by South Korean scientists to the farfetched claims of human cloning made by the eccentric science-sect known as the Raelians, the play examines the human side of this controversial new science.

Southern Rep presents this world premiere written and directed by resident artist J. Daniel Stanley, as the feature attraction of this year’s Southern New Plays Festival.
