The Wizard Of Oz

The Wizard of Oz is based on the timeless MGM 1939 movie. Originally produced by the Royal Shakespeare Company, the script is based on the book by L. Frank Baum, with music and lyrics of the MGM motion picture score by Harold Arlen and E.Y. Harburg, background music by Herbert Stothart and book adaptation by Jane Kane from the motion picture screenplay. Within the framework of Children’s Theatre Company, Dorothy discovers that “There’s no place like home.”
