About This Show

In this new original ballet, Myron Johnson focuses the bohemiam splendor of his unique aesthetic on the life and writings of Tennessee Williams, America’s greatest “southern” playwright. Beginning with the dramatic end of Williams’ life as he chokes on the top of a medicine bottle, memories and visions of his work manifest during his final moments in a room in the Hotel Elysee. Three of his most legendary characters-Blanche Du Bois, Maggie the Cat, and Baby Doll-pay surprising visits and share their last words with their great inventor.

On Wednesday, September 24th there will be a post show discussion about Tennessee Williams work. Ticket’s for that show are $25.00.
