The Book of Ruth

New Theatre presents the world premiere of Argentinian playwright Mario Diament’s new drama The Book of Ruth. The story takes place in flashbacks as Ruth a Polish-Jewish woman recalls her voyage during WWII that took her form Warsaw to Buenos Aires. A sole survivor of the Holocaust, she visits her attic and finds remembrances of that fateful time in her life. Confronting these ghosts, Ruth gratefully realizes the importance of her life and heritage.
