Seraphic Fire and the Firebird Chamber Orchestra team up with award winning playwright, Laura Schellhardt, for the world premiere of a new interpretation of Henry Purcell’s King Arthur. Schellhardt’s contemporary take on one of the English Baroque’s most celebrated operas will transform the piece into a musical-dramatic “mashup.” Singers, instrumentalists, and a narrator will bring this Arthurian tale to life!
