Bad Jews
$20 - $30
Main Street Players presents Bad Jews by Joshua Harmon. This dark comedy chronicles the relationships between three cousins who are brought together following the death of their grandfather, a Holocaust survivor. Conflict ensues as the trio fight over a “chai” that belonged to their grandfather. As Daphna and Liam battle over who is more deserving of the memento, Liam’s girlfriend Melody and brother Jonah try to stay clear of the fighting. This is a very funny play despite the serious overtones of death, identity, and religion. The show is directed by MSP Artistic Director Robert Coppel with Clara Lyzniak as the production manager.
