About This Show

John O’Keefe directs his new two-character play set in Hitler’s Germany. A famous Jewish actress, banned from the stage, fights the only way she can – through her actor-husband whom she directs behind the scenes in a production of Hamlet that boldly satirizes the Nazi regime. Times Like These is loosely based on the story of Joachim Gottschalk, one of Germany’s most popular film actors who was increasingly ostracized because she was Jewish.

Times Like These has been extended through Sunday, April 27. There is no performance on Sunday, April 20.
